• Woolworths Mobile and Telstra Wholesale teamed up with MSQUARE to produce a capabilities-centric commercial that would capture the collaboration between the two brands and their development of Woolworths Mobile SIM technology.

  • Woolworths and Telstra engaged MSQUARE to design, develop and produce the 90 second film with the objectives to improve brand value and consideration through clear, compelling and intuitive brand positioning. It was also important to capture the spirit of co-creation between Telstra Wholesale and Woolworths Mobile to drive customer experience for both organizations’ external and internal amplification.

  • MSQUARE conceptualized, developed and produced the 90 second case study film with internal and external audiences front of mind. The film is positioned to feel authentic through it’s compelling narration, whilst delivering a visually distinct aesthetic from the onset. The film uses visual metaphors of SIM cards floating in space during the intro, instilling a macro perspective of countless mobile provider choices. This creative and strategic decision addresses the challenge that Woolworths Mobile and Telstra faced when developing a SIM card solution with the customer in mind from day one. The remainder of the film leverages a youthful tone while acknowledging the broad range of diverse Woolworths Mobile customers and their individual needs and lifestyles.  The final case study film positions Telstra Wholesale as a trusted advisor and shows the importance of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
