St Vincent's Care engaged MSQUARE to develop two long-form brand films that captures the essence of St. Vincent’s Care, it’s staff, residents and culture to encourage and uplift employee recruitment across social, digital and media outlets Australia-wide.

MSQUARE developed, scripted and produced two longform brand films for St Vincent’s Care. Our proposal was backed by experience producing content in the aged care industry. Here is an excerpt from our director’s proposal:
”At MSQUARE, we have had the honour and pleasure of filming stories and commercials in the aged care industry, and one of the most rewarding aspects has been working with the residents and care staff. It always amazes me the amount of wisdom and knowledge one can take away from a senior who has learned so much from life. I’ve realized that a large part of this comes from their background and the stories they’ve collected throughout their journey in life.I believe one of the most compelling aspects of storytelling is how the audience relates and connects with the characters in the story, and we believe that we can all learn something about ourselves when reflecting on other people’s lives. There is an opportunity to capture the anecdotal component of the SVC residents lives in these films to bring their personal stories to life. To accomplish this, we will propose a range of narrative, story-centric techniques that combine a seamless visual style alongside authentic, sincere voice over narration, textured sound design and an inspiring score…”
