Chocolat Poulain is one of the oldest chocolate brands in France. It is known particularly for its bars of eating and cooking chocolate, as well as its Poulain Orange product, which is a chocolate drink mix.

With history dating back to 1848, it was important to find an approach that captured the warmth and grassroots of the Poulain brand.

The team at MSQUARE worked closely to develop a macro-focused recipe spot that leveraged a series of extreme close-ups alongside textured sound design to bring the action of each ingredient to life. It was just as important to include the human element to help propel the action forward in a natural, home-setting manner. We leveraged dark, luscious colors to compliment the chocolate tones, offering a luxurious warmth that leaves viewers eager to indulge in their own Poulain recipes.
